Bug 109451 has an identical stack trace - it's a panel bug. I'll leave it to smarter minds than mine to figure out which should be marked a dup of which, and where this should end up.

Due to the duplicates, I'm marking as new & setting priority->high & severity->critical. I'm not a smarter mind than John so someone else is going to need to look at this and decide whether it's a dup.
This is a gnome-vfs bug. If you can reproduce this, on a standard install of Red Hat Linux 9, please install the following RPMs and report the backtrace into bug 111147 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111147). This will help us track down the problem. http://people.redhat.com/alexl/RPMS/fam-debuginfo-2.6.8-9.i386.rpm http://people.redhat.com/alexl/RPMS/gnome-vfs2-debuginfo-2.2.2-4.i386.rpm Note these RPMs are only for Red Hat Linux 9. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 111147 ***
