The mouse sensitivity should be lowered in full screen mode as to prevent
accidental bumps from activating the fullscreen menus during inoppurtune times.

I've added a patch here

...that fixes the problem by only showing the fullscreen controls when mouse is moven in the upper/lower region of the screen.

Niklas, please split your patch from the one in bug 162814, and add the patch to bug 331241, which is still opened. Also, I won't accept a patch to only show the fullscreen controls when the mouse is on the "edges". But I would accept a patch to only show the controls when the mouse has travelled a certain amount of distance, to avoid the interface showing up on jitters.
