Indented text not space correctly and has spurious "=" characters

Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you are doing. Description of Problem: Created a new Email message in Outlook 2003 and indented several lines of text. Evolution does not display the text as indented and adds an "=" character before the last word of each indented line. This bug occured with snapshots built before the new-ui branch was merged.
that's because mail contains CSS
