Evince misses parts of the document

Please describe the problem: http://www.adaptivepath.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/07/ambidextrous_article.pdf Evince just prints a "C" of the "Cooking lessons for designers" first line. xpdf v. 3.00 prints it all, and prints it correctly.
