Description Timo Lindfors 2007-08-03 08:56:03 UTC
Please describe the problem:
In the attached PDF file large parts of the text are completely invisible unless I select text using mouse.

Steps to reproduce:
1. wget http://iki.fi/lindi/evince/PDF_Toolkit.pdf
2. evince PDF_Toolkit.pdf

Actual results:
2. Evince starts up and I see a large "N" and "ativ" text on the first page

Expected results:
2. I see lots of text on the first page, especially the title "PDF TO THE MAX" and also a photograph.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
I can see the text in evince 0.4.0-5 (debian etch). The problematic version 0.8.3-1 is from debian unstable.
