An option in the context/edit menu should be added to resize the chosen photo(s) and adding the newly resized copy as a new version. 
To resize today, I haveto export the photos I need to resize, even if it's only one. 
If I require the photo in the same size, later, I haveto re-export them.

new extension will be available in f-spot 0.5.0 (and in svn right now)
