The bug has been opened on https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eog/+bug/88164

"Hope this is the right place to post this.

The Eye of GNOME 2.17.91 viewer will open up and display .ico files with no problem, however when there are several .ico files in the same directory, it will not show them when the 'next' arrow is pressed. This does not happen with other file types.

This was a problem with GdkPixbuf and should be fixed with the next GTK+ release.
