When switching between locales with an account the following "problem" appears:

  Bookmarks are localized in the first language epiphany has been used,
  not the current language. It has a side effect: the web search input
  on the address bar is still localized in the first language, and so is
  the string that shows in the list that shows up under the address
  input field when typing something.

The user would like the bookmark items to be stored with several languages, depending on the user's locale.
