Please describe the problem:
The ladspa element is -good has not been ported from 0.8 to 0.10 and is therefore unusable. The element is not built by default due to the this state.

This element is going to be critical for Jokosher 0.2.

Actually, it has been ported, but it doesn't quite work (not sure of the details) and is disabled in the build by default.

If you want to delve deeper into exactly what the problems are, you can manually cd into ext/ladspa in a gst-plugins-good checkout and 'make && make install'
