Description of Problem:

Cannot receive any files from ICQ Users on contact list.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Let somebody send you a file request
2.  Accept or Recline the following ICQFileRequest

Actual Results:

GnomeICU crashes

Expected Results:

Receiving of the File starts.

How often does this happen?

Everytime.

Additional Information:

Regardless of which ICQ Client the other user has (Trilian, ICQ 2003)
the result is the same.
