Description Dominic Lachowicz 2003-08-07 22:00:15 UTC
Basically, I believe that it would be worthwhile to not display icons in
the dialog buttons (traditionally Cancel, Close, OK, ...). I know that KDE
gives users the option here, and that GTK+ does something similar with
regard to menu icons. Perhaps a default value could be inhereted from themes.

Specifically, I'm finding this annoying on win32. I'm using GTK-wimp on XP
and it looks sweet. Most of the theme is pixel-perfect - except for the
huge buttons with icons. They just look horribly out of place.

I don't know whether this would be possible or not or if it's something you
guys would like to do, but I'd appreciate hearing back one way or the other.
