Package: GIMP Severity: normal Version: 1.3.10 Synopsis: Crash when right-clicking with a tablet in the image window Bugzilla-Product: GIMP Bugzilla-Component: General Description: Description of Problem: When I right-click with my tablet pen (exactly: the button that emulates a right-click), I see the shape of the context menu appearing for a moment, then gimp crashs completly. (the right-click actually works in other applications as well as in Gimp-1.2). Controlling opacity, size, etc. by pressure works fine. following message appears: ... gimp-1.3: fatal error: Speicherzugriffsfehler gimp-1.3 (pid:13916): [E]xit, [H]alt, show [S]tack trace or [P]roceed: (script-fu:13919): LibGimpBase-WARNING **: script-fu: wire_read(): error .. and sometimes this one: .. GLib-ERROR **: gmem.c:141:g_malloc(): failed to allocate 2301036032 bytes aborting... gimp-1.3: terminated: Abgebrochen .. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. creating new image 2. move pointer into image window 3. right-click Actual Results: Crash Expected Results: ? How often does this happen? every time Additional Information: The tablet type is a "Mediax MediaPad Pro 3". I use the "hyperpen"-driver of debians 4.2.1-4 -Xfree-package. The distribution is Debian unstable.
