Description Telsa Gwynne 2002-11-25 16:12:22 UTC
This came to bugmaster@gnome.org for some reason. Report
generated by bug-buddy: I have tried to include all the relevant
bits.

Red Hat Linux 8.0 on an AMD XP1600.

How-to-reproduce:

1: select Chinese (simple) language when logging on
(I presume this means via gdm)
2: Click "search file..." command from menu.
3: Apparently this is when the error occurs.

Always reproducible.

Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-search-tool'

I have replied to the person asking them to create themselves a
bugzilla account and add comments to this bug, or at least to
cc themselves, so anyone wanting to follow up can ask them
questions.

Comment 2 Dennis Cranston 2003-01-23 01:23:30 UTC
Per bug 94592, this is not a GNOME bug. It is a bug in the X input
method.
