When the workspace is switched using the ctrl-alt-left and right keys
metacity focuses the window at the top instead of the window under the
mouse pointer while using sloppy focus. Instead I think it should focus the
window under the pointer

Confirmed with Metacity 2.4.3.  Is this possibly related to /
duplicate of bug 94545?

I think it's a duplicate - this bug covers one case of 94545, (this
case is mentioned in Dan's second comment of 94545)
