Description of Problem:

Not sure why. I'm usually not doing anything "on" the panel.  I think it
might be the applet that lists the windows (task manager?) that's
crashing it, but I'm not sure.  Seems to happen most when I open and
close windows (from the app or window manager).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Not really sure as it doesn't always happen consistently.  Hopefully
the dump will help.

How often does this happen?

Often enough to make it annoying ;-).  The panel restarts so it's not a
HUGE deal, but it is nevertheless a bug.
