Description of Problem:

Crash when resizing terminal which is logged in a remote machine,
running screen there with pine in mailbox view.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open terminal, log in to other box
2. screen -R -D to resume screen session with pine
3. resize window

Actual Results:

gnome-terminal coredump

Expected Results:

resize of window
