Description of Problem:
GEdit only has Character wrapping, not line wrapping. 

Actual Results:
Paragraphs are displayed and printed with words cut off in the mid
dle, making documents very hard to read. 

Expected Results:
Paragraps are displayed and printed with words cut off at 
word boundaries, allowing the eyes to easily follow the flow
of the page.
