Description Ryan Lovett 2002-11-05 04:31:42 UTC
I miss the directional maximization that sawfish has where middle-clicking
the maximize button maximizes vertically and right-clicking maximizes
horizontally. Currently, buttons 2 and 3 are not bound to anything on the
maximize button. I think this falls under "a harmless preference that I
would not be embarrassed to put in a simple, uncluttered, user-friendly
configuration dialog" ... hopefully. :)

I use this feature the most with terminals when I need to have a tall
window (mail reading, paging a large text file) or a wide window (paging
log files with wide entries, compiling with long gcc invocations).
