GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 97448
panel b0rked on start-up
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Package: gnome-panel Severity: normal Version: 1.4.0.4 Synopsis: panel b0rked on start-up Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel Description: I have not tried to find out why this is occuring at all. I am merely submitting a bug report because the window popped up and it's easy. This has happened a few times lately and not sure why it's happening. It seems like this is occuring because of some race condition that occurs from gnome pieces that are all trying to start up when I startx. But that is a guess and I have no evidence of this except for the fact that when gnome-startup b0rks, it generally b0rks differently each time. Thanks for your time. Keep up the great work!
