Description lylwen 2002-10-30 00:48:43 UTC
Every time a large image (let's say, as an example 1600 x 1200) is resized
to 300 x 225 pixels, several black vertical lines appear over the image
(usually three of them). It doesn't happend with other resolutions.

I have tried it many times using true color PNG and JPG images, as well as
when creating new images directly in GIMP.

This bugs only appears when you reduce the size of the image only (it has
never happened when enlarging an image, even to 300 x 225 pixels).

For some reason this bug is fixed when compiling with -O2 in CFLAGS.
Comment 2 Sven Neumann 2002-12-02 13:32:01 UTC
Seems to be a compiler problem then.
