Description of Problem:
it would be cool to have the ability to
Shift-UpArrow/DownArrow to scroll back and forth
through text that has scrolled out of the window-
 one line at a time. I know you can do it with
Shift-PageUp/PageDown but sometimes that moves
just a little bit too much. Konsole has it but i
dont like konsole - its pooey.
