Package: gnome-panel Severity: normal Version: 2.0.6 Synopsis: Panel crashes Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.0.3) Description: Description of Problem: I boot up my machine and get an error. Application "gnome-panel" (process ####) has crashed due to a fatal error. Aborted. Click close and it attempts to reload the panel and repeats previous error msg. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I just turn on maching and login. 2. 3. Actual Results: Expected Results: How often does this happen? Started happening after I installed redhat 8.0. Install went fine, I ran the RHN updater and when finished I rebooted. It has been happening everytime I log on since then. I am still testing to find more specifics on the cause. Additional Information: Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-panel' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 8192 (LWP 993)] 0x420ae169 in wait4 () from /lib/i686/libc.so.6
