Description of Problem:
When window is maximized you can't roll it up (with the mouse)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open window
2. Click Maximize
3. Attempt to roll the window up by double clicking on the title bar.

Actual Results:
The window does nothing.

Expected Results:
The window rolls up.

How often does this happen?
Everytime

Additional Information:
It works if you right click on the title bar and select "Roll Up".
