Crash on submission of form

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable Prompt before accepting cookies
2. enter username and password into a form
3. submit form

Actual Results:
Galeon crashes

Expected Results:
Galeon should ask me to accept the cookie and then load resulting page

How often does this happen?
most times when submitting a form when a cookie is returned in resulting
page.
