Description:
Description of Problem:
posting a form to a web server which returns a cookie (or modifies a
cookie) causes galeon to crash

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enable Prompt before accepting cookies
2. open a webpage with a form. enter information, submit form
3. as the resulting page begins to load, with the cookie, galeon
crashes

Actual Results:
Galeon doesn't load the page, and crashes

Expected Results:
The page should load, and I should be prompted with whether I want to
accept the cookie

on most submissions with a cookie in returned webpage
