Description John King 2002-09-30 07:22:00 UTC
The clickable area for hyperlinks doesn't scroll with the rest of the text
when the article is scrolled. If, for example, an article has a link on
the 10th line, and you scroll down a few lines, the text for the link moves
up, but the place where the mouse cursor changes to a "hyperlink" hand
stays on line 10.
