Description Rene Rask 2002-09-26 03:10:39 UTC
The default shortcuts are making it impossible to work with Maya (3D
program) and other crossplatform programs.
The <alt>+LeftMouse (or button1 as I think it is called in the source)
combination is one of them.
Since it makes no sense to me that there are shortcuts which cannot be
disabled, I'm wondering if I'm missing something _really_ obvious here.

Please make it possible to disable these shortcuts.
I looked at the sources and found no way to unset or disable these
shortcuts. Gconf doesn't seem to be able to do anything about it
either.

Please note that I've submitted this to the Redhat bugzilla as well.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=74171

I chose the "blocker" as severity becuse I'm blocked from using my
programs with metacity.
