I can type diacritical accents and generally use dead keys on the URL bar
only, never in HTML forms.  Not even the common characters which in my
keyboard map, US-intl, are generated by dead keys repeated or followed by
spaces, like tilde, apostrophe and quote.

This also affects Mozilla.
