"When Adding Bookmark" = "Use page title" --> all ok;
"When Adding Bookmark" = "Ask user for a title" --> bug:
when title is in Russian language, text in dialog box (which is copied from
page title) appears in improper charset, so I see garbage instead of page
title (title itself is looking good). So, when I press OK, garbage appears
in "Bookmarks" menu.

There are several codepages for Cyrillic. Unix people are using koi8-r,
Wind0ze people are using cp1251...

thsi is a WONTFIX for this banch of development.
