Description of Problem:
When I alt+right click+drag the mouse the window does not resize.
Alt+left click+drag works for moving the window.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a window
2. alt+right click+drag in the window
3. 

Actual Results:
Get right click context menu or whatever.

Expected Results:
Window resizes in direction of mouse drag

How often does this happen?
Everytime.
