When tabbing along a panel containing the inbox monitor applet, the inbox
monitor applet never gets a focus indicator, although it does get keyboard
focus.

I have investigated this and the reason that the focus indication is
not drawn is the same reason as for bug 92039 so I am closing this bug
as a duplicate.
