Looking at the Version number I'd say this is the gnome-help in GNOME 1, moving to gnome-core.
Sgala, can you provide any more information about this? In particular, a more-complete stack trace would be helpful.
Also, please try the latest release of gnome-libs and gnome-core.
Marking as a dupe of 67296 - this should be fixed in later versions of gnome-core and gnome-libs.
