We need to add a song information dialog, that would be accessible from a
context menu on a song or via Ctrl+i.

This dialog should have 3 tabs:

- the first is where to display tags
- the second shows different information like bitrate, duration
- the third allows to set the level of the song (if the concept is unclear,
i may add a new bug report)

changing the bug to be the missing ability to write tags since the
dialog exists now :)

Note that if we don't get this ability by 2.2 we should make sure that
the dialogue doesn't have editable fields.

Editing the title a bit and making it also block 0.4 for right now.

It would be really nice if this could edit tags on mulitple files. Say
a particular artist/genre/album is denoted in 2 or 3 different ways.
Select each of the "wrong" versions, select all, edit. Instantly your
collection is fixed up to be consistant again.

I have a preliminar work with MP3 tag modification. It only works with
ID3v1 and also when ID3v2 tag's size has not changed.

I will try to finish it, but I cannot give any date because I'm busy
with other projects.
