I cannot reproduce this bug and, looking at the bt and at the code, I was not able to understand why this crash happened.
I cannot reproduce this from cvs. Try updating your version of gedit. If the problem still occurs, please add such info as to the permissions in the directory you are trying to save into, whether the file previously existed, etc. C. Evans
This bug is needinfo, but the original reporter is not getting mails since it was reported thru bug-buddy and he does not have a bugzilla account. I'm sending him private email about it.
I can't reproduce this, either.
Chema: for the nth time, both b.g.o. and b.x.c are hacked to send emails to people who submit via bug-buddy, assuming that they use a valid email address.
I can't duplicate it even with an updated GTK+, which Paolo asked me to test. So I'm closing it as invalid.
