Galeon doesn't display international characters in tab titles or the
bookmarks pull-down menu. Also, the part of the name that comes after the
international character gets chopped off. I've tried this using German as
well as Icelandic characters. Example:

"Müller" becomes "M" in a tab title or in the bookmarks.
