Launchers have a "properties" function, however, that opens a dialog to
edit the properties of the file representing the launcher, instead of the
actual properties of the launcher (type, target, etc).

Currently users must fall back to manually editing the file, or moving the
launcher to a gnome-panel, editing it there, then moving it back.
