Pages that include client-side imagemaps don't show the image-related
entries (such as "block images from") in the conext menu if the menu is
created from one of the regions in the map.  This is quite annoying if the
entire image is a map.

Noticed on www.nytimes.com, example at
http://graphics.lcs.mit.edu/~thouis/test1.html
