Description:
Description of Problem:
The panel crashed.

Something happened to my box i killed X and logged out. I have been
updating my gnome from cvs this week, after logging in all of my
settings where gone, ALL of them. So if you are trying to reproduce this
it might be helpfull to remove all your gconf values.

It crashed twice, first while adding a launcher from a foobar item and
right now while just sitting there.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make it so that you don have any gconf prefs
2. use gnome
3. watch it crash
4. fix the bug
5. close the bug
6. rejoice
