Description:
1. open foot menu
2. hover on programs->games
3. tooltip for games popup.
4. move pointer over tooltip.
5. tooltip suppress the selection of menuitem on below of games.

the issue for this post is:
	to pass mouse event to the point where mouse being,
	like tooltip is transparent for event.
