Choosing "User manual" from the nautilus help menu causes the disk to spin
but no help to appear.

*Once* a long (xxxxxxxxxxetc.sgml) URL appeared in the title bar
followed quickly by a nautilus hang. All other times, nautilus did not
hang but no help appeared.
