using gcalc with a nightly from 1st may - the "+" (plus) button on the
keyboard number pad is not working for gcalc.

Could you look at #70697 and #79647 and see if this bug is a manifestation of 
either of them? #70697 in particular seems the same - don't know why it was closed. Or 
maybe there's yet another involving the "+" sign that I'm missing here?
