Description jsc 2002-04-30 20:50:47 UTC
the dialog to choose if a text file should be executed or viewed is not HIG
compliant. Since default action is run, this button should be placed at
rigth side and cancel should be the most left button.
Comment 1 David Fallon 2002-04-30 21:58:56 UTC
jfleck: I presume this is something we shouldn't fix for 2.0, for UI
freeze reasons?
Comment 2 John Fleck 2002-05-01 01:01:02 UTC
Up to Eugene. cc'ing him.
Comment 3 Eugene O'Connor 2002-05-02 14:51:22 UTC
I'd appreciate it if we could hold off on this until post-2.0.
Comment 4 David Fallon 2002-05-02 20:00:22 UTC
check, as per eugene's comments, removing GNOME2 keyword and tagging
2.0.x for now. Presumably, at some point after g2, we can figure out
how to deal with all these updates to the docs.
Comment 5 Dave Bordoley [Not Reading Bug Mail] 2002-06-07 05:38:35 UTC
just for the sake of asking run definately the default action or
should view be that said the order would be alternate negative,
affirmative so for this dialog it would probably be

[view] [cancel] [run]

Comment 6 Dave Bordoley [Not Reading Bug Mail] 2002-06-20 14:58:26 UTC
adding this as a dependency to the nautilus ui review bug so hopefully
it will get fixed soon.

I'm still confused as to which action (run or display) is the
affirmate and which one is the alternative.
