Whenever I try to adjust the brightness slider using the mouse from the top panel it always twitches. But the volume slider works smoothly. 

I have seen this bug from Fedora 25 (this is when I started using the OS).

Keep up the great work guys.


My config:
Asus X550CC, 1366x768, i7-3537u, 6GB RAM.
Fedora 28, Gnome 3.28.2.
