Wordpress only allows 2Mb uploads by default, but we need to publish the annual report on the website. Can https://gitlab.gnome.org/Community/Engagement/AnnualReport/raw/master/GAR2017-18-07-2018-final-web.pdf be stored in the relevant place, please?
