when building gst-plugins-bad, it raises error: ‘GST_TYPE_WEBRTC_FEC_TYPE’ undeclared

and I found GST_TYPE_WEBRTC_FEC_TYPE is only used in webrtctransceiver.c once

Is this from a tarball or from git?

GST_TYPE_WEBRTC_FEC_TYPE is generated by glib-mkenums into -bad/gst-libs/gst/webrtc/webrtc-enumtypes.h.
