The url in the recipe don't work because the url is down.

url = 'http://www.surina.net/soundtouch/soundtouch-1.9.2.tar.gz'

I use the alternative url 

url ='https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+sourcefiles/soundtouch/1.9.2-2/soundtouch_1.9.2.orig.tar.gz'

How **exactly** did you test that the URL is down?
