Spanish translation update for NM 1.10

Hi, my name is Rodrigo. I contribute as a translator for Ubuntu and Gnome. I completed the translation and added many corrections.

I hope this can be included in the next patch.

Regards.

merged upstream as https://cgit.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/commit/?id=38d8d1024954d0d96cfeecdae1ee60b2b659604a to nm-1-10 branch.

Note that "nm-1-10" branch is an old-stable branch. It's unclear when 1.10.12 will be released, if ever!

Thanks nonetheless!!

My idea is to continue with newer versions using what have been translated already.

Ubuntu is currently using that old-stable version. I picked up Launchpad's translation, reviewed it and completed it.

I hope newer versions can benefit too.

I also want to mention I found translated commands, strings partially or completely in english, wrong translations in many levels, etc... not marked as fuzzy.
