Last code changes were years ago so I assume it is unmaintained: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/bug-buddy/commits/master

CC'ing its maintainer (cosimoc).

* Move it from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/bug-buddy/ to https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/bug-buddy/
* Archive on https://l10n.gnome.org/module/bug-buddy/
* Mass-close its open tickets in GNOME Bugzilla and close the product.
