Description Sam Hurst 2018-06-19 09:03:16 UTC
The nvdec plugin doesn't currently support 10-bit decoding, but doesn't fail correctly when it is given a 10-bit stream. Instead, this causes garbled video to be displayed as it incorrectly assumes the video stream is 8-bit.

Currently, I've only tried to play back 10-bit HEVC streams, I haven't tried any 10-bit H.264 or VP8/9 streams.

The test stream I've been using can be found here (MPEG-DASH): http://testassets.dashif.org/#testvector/details/586fb3879ae9045678eacd3f
