Since CDDB is a registered trademark, maybe we should remove it from
lib, bin names and the docs?

Didn't we already address this somewhere? And while it is a trademark,
it isn't exactly one they're enforcing real well ;) Still,
s/cddb/freedb/ everywhere is probably a good idea...
